Keens did a nice job in installing a workshop on our family farm in South Georgia. In spite of delays with Covid they were able to get it delivered and installed with no major problems. The staff is very helpful to their customers

Buying a shed from Keen's is simple. I walked in and explained to Patrick what I was looking for. He made a few recommendations and we walked outside and looked at the options. He spoke with his boss about a scratch and dent model I expressed interest in. They gave me a discount to purchase this item. The cost included delivery and set up. On the day of delivery I was contacted by phone and was ready to go. Placing the shed in the backyard was more than a little bit difficult because the truck was too wide and the shed too high to back it up all the way into the backyard. The delivery guys ended up having to take it off the truck and use rollers to push it where I wanted it by hand. This worked out, and it ended up right where I wanted it. It looks great and is just what we were hoping for. The GOOD: Like I say, the purchase was simple. Even the delivery and setup wasn't too bad, after a bit of maneuvering. Everybody was friendly and honest to me. The BAD: Some complaining by the delivery guys. CONCLUSION: Keen's has done its job and I appreciate it. This shed will serve us well for years to come.

Great communication and service. Ordered a customized shed (this is the second shed I have ordered from this Keen's location. The shed arrived earlier than expected. Delivered and set up in a difficult location exactly on marks I had set up. When I need another shed, I will absolutely be shopping at Keen's.

I cannot emphasize how happy I am with the finished product...I started working with Josh at Live Oak back in March and after numerous trips and emails, I settled on a size of a custom bldg in April. It took several months to get my pad poured but we had a very wet summer. After multiple color changes and layout mods, we locked in after the pad was poured and our building was erected in about 1.5 days by probably the best crew TBS out of Lake City has. very professional crew and no detail in installation was left out...If you are in the market for a custom built building, I would not hesitate to give them a shot. I had a previous building done by a different company that really got botched..The Sales and your concrete guy really and installation crew is what makes this. And Keen's recommendation on who to use for concrete was also top notch...
