Founded in 1999, Keen’s Buildings has been committed to quality, convenience, and customer satisfaction since its inception. Based in Live Oak, FL and catering to the entire Florida & Georgia region, Keen’s Buildings specializes in the prefabrication of portable storage buildings like custom metal garages, certified metal carports, metal barns, metal sheds, and numerous other structures that are delivered pre-built and ready-to-place on your property. This operation is overseen by Kevin Keen, Owner and President, who skyrocketed the company to success based on a vision of expanding the prefab metal building market in order to reduce lead times by 90 percent.
Since then, Kevin has done just that. Keen’s Buildings currently operates seven locations in the Florida & Georgia region, which can be viewed HERE. Each location is staffed with knowledgeable Sales Associates that can provide guidance with product builds and selections. In addition to pioneering an alternative to laborious on-site construction processes, Keen’s Buildings has also eliminated financial stressors. With an established in-house Zero Down Financing and Rent-to-Own program, Keen’s helps customers fulfill their metal building needs without payment limitations.

Kevin Keen, President
Kevin currently resides in Ponte Vedra Beach, spending his time between the corporate home office in Suwanee County, where he grew up, started his first business, and went to school. Since the launch of his first business, Kevin was bitten by the entrepreneur bug and loves the challenge of building and growing a business.
Kevin is currently married to his beautiful wife Lesley, and they share two little girls.
As a family, the Keen’s enjoy outdoor adventures. Kevin’s hobbies includes involvement in Monster Energy Supercross® and Nascar Cup Series®.

Josh Schneider, Vice President
Resides in his hometown of Live Oak, Florida. Following his graduation from Suwannee High School, Josh continued to hone his experience in retail sales which he gained by working in his family’s farm and garden store, a community staple for 93 years. Josh began his employment with Keen’s Buildings in 2003, working with the delivery crew and building installation. Josh quickly advanced to Sales Associate, and then to Branch Manager. Within a short time, he had attained the role of General Manager and presently serves as the Vice President of Keen’s Portable Buildings.

Liza Ogles, Chief Financial Officer
Liza was born and raised in Live Oak, Florida, and she’s proud to call her hometown – home. She married her best friend, and they share three wonderful children.
As the Chief Financial Officer for Keen’s Buildings, she manages the companies finances from financial planning to recording and reporting.
When she’s not crunching numbers, you will find Liza spending quality time with her family and friends.

Eric Wood, General Manager
Eric was born in south Georgia and moved to Florida at the age of five. Prior to joining the Keen’s Buildings family in 2012, he worked in the mobile home industry for many years. Eric serves as the General Manager of the Keen’s Building Live Oak location. He is married to his wife Holly and they have three beautiful children; Erika (20), Jace (15), and Kase(5). He is an outdoorsman and a true family man. In his leisure, Eric enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family. Eric and his family reside in Live Oak, Florida.

Shawn Givens, Chief Technology Officer
For Shawn, life has come full circle. He married his high-school sweetheart (Miriam), whom he met with they were 13 years old. He now resides in Jacksonville, Florida, where he used to vacation every summer as a child. As a blended family, they share six kids who are out shaping the world.
At Keen’s Buildings, Shawn focuses on tech integration. His IT and engineering background spans the globe and includes global marketing director for a leading software company and director of web integration for a fortune 100 company.
When not traveling to the Keen’s Building locations, you will find him exploring the world with his wife and kids, combing the web for the latest in tech, and wishing Radio Shack® was still a thing.
Patrick Bryant, Sales Representative
Patrick is a U.S. Army veteran that proudly served our nation with the plan to retire from military service. However, after seven years of active duty, Patrick made the difficult decision to leave the military in order to focus on raising his children; two daughters and a son. His life change led him to his role of Salesman at Keen’s Building. Patrick greatly enjoys being a father and has never looked back. When his children were young, he loved coaching their softball team which eventually led to his children playing at the college level. Patrick is active in his community and is a member of the Local Elks Lodge 1165. In his leisure, he enjoys hunting and fishing. Patrick considers himself a connoisseur of fine libations.
Billy Jenkins, Sales Representative
Resides in his hometown of Live Oak, Florida. The youngest of his peers, he is a Salesman at Keen’s Buildings. Billy is a real people person and is able to connect with customers on a consumer level while also maintaining the professionalism of a true “salesman”. Billy’s primary goal is to deliver excellent customer service while simultaneously helping his community to find the building they need at an affordable price. In his leisure, he enjoys spending time at the river or springs with family.
Jimmy Hertl, Branch Manager
Following hurricane Irma, Jimmy settled down in Live Oak, Florida where he joined the Keen’s Building family five years ago. Jimmy serves as Branch Manager of Keen’s Perry location. Prior to his employment with Keen’s Buildings, he previously worked in the construction industry for the U.S. Postal Service. He has an 18-year-old son and enjoys fishing and riding motorcycles in his leisure time.
Mike Munce, Branch Manager
Serves as Branch Manager of Keen’s Buildings in Masaryktown. Mike has worked in sales and management for an excess of 25 years. Using his construction and local permitting knowledge, he offers a consultative approach to the building needs of each customer. In his leisure he enjoys weightlifting, attending entertainment events, watching Michigan State Football, and spending quality time with his son.
Wayne Cason, Branch Manager
Originally from Live Oak, Florida, Wayne currently resides in North Florida and is the Branch Manager of Keen’s Buildings’ Waycross location. Wayne is the father of two sons (18 and 22) and one daughter (25). He has been in the storage building industry for the past fifteen years and his primary focus is meeting the needs of customers. As an extreme outdoorsman, his leisure time is spent hunting and offshore fishing. He has been afforded the pleasure of having a life partner that not only shares in his hobbies but, that also embrace them as much as does he.
DJ MacFarlane, Branch Manager
DJ, a Salesman at Keen’s Buildings, began racing motocross at age four and raced professionally for many years. During his motocross career, DJ was sponsored by Keen’s Buildings as both an amateur and professional. DJ recently retired from racing but, continues to teach motocross racing techniques to the youth in his community. In his leisure, he enjoys fishing in the Gulf of Mexico. DJ is originally from Wesley Chapel, Florida but, later moved to Pinellas Park, Florida.
Patrick Donovan, Branch Manager
Pat has spent the past 30 years in the residential construction industry and started building sheds when he was only 18 years old. He is the General Manager of the Satsuma, Florida location. Pat is considered a wealth of knowledge and the go-to person at Keen’s Buildings. Pat’s pride and joy is his family. He has three children, his daughter is head floor nurse of a pediatric cardiac intensive care unit and his sons work at a rehabilitation center for the state prison. Pat is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. His photographs are truly magazine-worthy!
Tony Walker, Head of Logistics
Tony has been with Keen’s Buildings since 1999 and has been friends with Kevin Keen since they were in their teens. Married to his beautiful since for 15 years and has four kids.
In Tony’s spare time, he likes to find vintage hot rods and restore them. When he’s tinkering with cars, he’s with his family.
Jake Bender, Sales Representative
Born in North Carolina in 1997, Jake moved to Weeki Wachee, Florida, in 1999. Jake’s passion as an outdoor sportsman started at the young Age of 4, fishing and amateur motocross. At the Age of 18 Jake started his career working with fire sprinklers, taking him all over Florida.
After deciding to get out of the construction industry, Jake has proudly joined the Keen’s Buildings team and spends his weekends searching for the granddaddy of all big-mouth bass.
Delano Freeman, Logistics
Delano started his career at Keen’s Buildings in 2014 after his brother Chris became a conductor for the Amtrak rail company. Since his inheritance, Delona has since had a little girl (whom he adores) and resides in Live Oak, Florida.
Delano enjoys carpentry, gamming, programming, building computers, and tuning cars in his spare time.
When he’s not managing the Keen’s Building portable storage building deliveries, you might find him streaming on Twitch.
Stephanie Williams, Finance and Compliance
Stephanie is a lifelong resident of Live Oak, Florida. She loves the small town. Stephanie has two beautiful daughters, Syndey (21) and Kenzie (16), and two dogs. Before joining the Keen’s Buildings family in 2022, she worked for the Suwannee County School system for 12 yrs and ran a family business for three years. She enjoys reading, spending time with family and friends, and any time at the beach on her days off.
Robert Wainwright, Sales Representative
Robert is a lifelong resident of Suwannee County. Before joining Keen’s Buildings, Robert was in the restaurant business and customized home industry. Both professions require lots of customer-facing, which Robert enjoys. When Robert is not in the office, he enjoys being with family and friends, fishing his favorite fishing holes, and hunting.
Bryan Wainwright, Online Sales
Bryan Wainwright brings nearly 10 years of sales and financing experience from various markets all to the table. This knowledge and expertise will guarantee that all Ken’s Buildings internet shoppers get the most bang for their buck while navigating options for products and financing choices.
