End gable sheds refer to gable wall placement on the lateral ends of the structure. These narrower-style storage sheds are frequently used for oversized storage due to a number of characteristics:
- Height advantage: Side gable shed systems allow for more overall interior roof clearance.
- More depth: End gable sheds are deeper than side gable sheds, making it easier to tow large equipment in and out (such as UTVs, tractors, riding lawn mowers, etc.)
- Multifunctionality: An end gable storage shed can be equipped with a wide roll-up door on one end for use as a garage or other vehicle storage.
End gable sheds make for common backyard structures due to their size and general layout, making them a go-to for outdoor storage.
