180 day refundable deposit on sheds and non-permanent structures.
180 day refundable deposit on permanent structures and buildings. Meaning the deposit is refundable within 180 days after you sign the agreement. After 180 days the deposit is non-refundable.
Additional refunds can be issued if pre-payment has been made in excess of the deposit amount, due to issues with permitting, however there may still be a loss of deposit. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. This includes buildings that have been assembled and or installed, or are being installed, or an products that have been custom designed to your specification, and/or sales or clearance items. If there any issues with delivery of your product or installation our customer service team will work with you to correct any issues.
