Galvalume: has superior durability and corrosion resistance compared to traditional metal roofing made from galvanized steel.
Galvalume combines three of the highest preforming metals used in roofing. A continuously dipped carbon base sheet with aluminum and zinc alloys. Creating substrate coating that consists of 55% aluminum, 43.4% Zinc, and 1.6% silicone.
Some refer to galvalume as AZ-50 or AZ-55, based on the ounces per sq ft of aluminum-zinc alloy coating. AZ-50 is typically used in painted sheets, while AZ-55 is typically used on bare or unpainted sheets or coil products.
Multiple Layers of Protection:
- Top Coat – Premium ceramic and inorganic pigment for exceptional color, durability and gloss.
- Primer Coat – UV and Moisture resistant, which is a key component to the products longevity.
- Pre-Treatment – Promotes adhesion, moisture, and corrosion resistance.
- Substrate – Galvalume or Galvanized – metallic coating barrier protection on base steel, to prevent corrosion.
- Bare Steel – Mill certified, meeting ASTM standards.

Structural Strength
We use 2.5" x 2.5" square, 14-gauge, or 12-gauge, galvanized tubing for our metal building framing. The galvanized steel provides rust and corrosion prevention.
Extra Heavy Duty Panels
High Ribbed Metal Panels, for extra strength and heat dissipation, used on roofing and walls, standard 29-gauge with optional 26-guage upgrade.
Quality Workmanship
