Patrick Donovan, Branch Manager

Pat has spent the past 30 years in the residual construction industry and started building sheds when he was only 18 years old. He is the General Manager of the Satsuma, Florida location. Pat is considered a wealth of knowledge and the go-to person at Keen’s Buildings. Pat’s pride and joy are his family. He has three children, his daughter is a head floor nurse of a pediatric cardiac intensive care unit and his sons work at a rehabilitation center for the state prison. Pat is an avid outdoorsman and enjoys hunting and fishing. His photographs are truly magazine-worthy!

Sylvia King

Born and raised in Homestead, Florida. Sylvia graduated from the University of Florida in 1995 with a Bachelor of Science degree (agriculture, communications, and economics). From 1995 to 2015, Sylvia worked for the agriculture and pre-veterinary programs at the University and served on the Student Legal and Judicial Board. From 2015 to 2020, Sylvia worked in the legal field specializing in criminal, civil, juvenile, and town management. Sylvia joined Keen’s Buildings in the Fall of 2020 as an Office Manager. Sylvia partakes in several hobbies including; horses, playing piano, volunteering with military/law enforcement support groups, and dog rescue and rehabilitation. Sylvia currently resides in Levy County, Florida.
